When should we start taking supplementary diets?

Supplementary diets are suitable for all age groups as each age group requires different treatments. For example, during childhood, nutrients which promote the development of the body and brain are preferred, while during teenage years to adulthood, nutrients which promote body strength as well as help reduce risk of illnesses and delay aging are ideal. The elderlies generally require nutrients which help maintain the body’s functions and reduce risk of sicknesses as well as delay the aging process.
