What are the differences between vitamins and other supplementary diets?

Vitamins are among what the body need in order to function properly, but they are simply not all. The body still requires many other nutrients which can be obtained through supplementary diets. Supplementary diets also allow us to intake certain nutrients for certain effects such as collagen to strengthen the hair and nails as well as reduce skin blemishes.
