It is extremely difficult to maintain a healthy diet with all the necessary nutrients on a daily basis. Not to mention the fact that most people only choose to eat what they like and some routinely skip meals, especially breakfast. In most cases, our intake of certain nutrients is higher than we need and other nutrients less than the sufficient amount. Sometimes to body requires certain nutrients more than usual such as when going through stress or having a lot of brain activities. Supplementary diets help maintain the nutritional balance as well as keep the body function properly and reduce risk of illnesses.
