Tiredness can be caused by a number of things such as lack of necessary nutrients, sickness, weak immune system, stress, or insufficient rest. If the cause is insufficient rest or lack of good sleep, exercise regularly can help. It is recommended to exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes each. Aerobic is highly recommended. It also helps to stop using cellphone or computer at least 2 hours before going to bed or at least turning down the screen brightness. A light natural music and a drop of lavender oil on the pillow also help promote a good night sleep. If the cause is stress or concern over unsolved problem, writing down the problems and solutions before going to sleep can also help. A glass of warm milk before going to bed is also recommended. For freshness during the day, carbohydrate filled food and grains, fish which is a source of easily digested protein, various vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables all help promote metabolism resulting in more energy and freshness. Supplementary diets with Co-enzyme Q10, ginseng extract, and food with DHA can help the brain function properly, relieve stress, and reduce the risk of migraine. Waste and toxic collection can also cause tiredness; thus, detox once in a while is also ideal.
